What I LOVE about these is that they are the same thing you get from Asian restaurants with your take-out entrees, instead of the the junky containers you can buy in a grocery store. You can reuse them many times, wash them by hand, or run them through the dishwasher on the upper shelf, use them to package cookies for neighbors to give away over the holidays, and never even care if they keep the container.We always save the plastic containers from Asian restaurants, whether oblong, like these, round, or bowls, until they finally crack and die. These will take quite a while before that happens to them. The price point is good.

I didn't measure it, but these look very shallow. They do NOT fit a piece of chicken in them (like pictured). The quality is ok - I wouldn't heat food in these, but they say they can go in the microwave. None were broken, but they are thin plastic. They don't seem large enough for meal prep, but I have found they are quite useful for smaller meal prep things like yogurt/granola/fruit/cold toppings to go with a meal such as LTOP for burgers or cheese/sour cream/green onions when I take a baked potato for lunch (a cut up potato would fit in these, but not a whole one.

Thought these would be good size,not. They are to skinny to hold a serving. Just don't work! The 12 oz works better than these.
