This is the first time I have ever seen black dyed poly fill. This appears to be some form of recycled fiber, of some sort, made into poly fill and dyed black. The poly is soft and does hold its shape, tho the dark coloring is a bit off-putting when I'm so used to seeing the brighter, cleaner colors. This almost looks dirty, to it doesn't feel dirty.It works for what it is intended for, and holds its shape once in the craft. It does arrive compressed in a vacuum sealed bag, opening it takes a few days for it to fluff up for use.

This isn't your normal type of polyester fiber fill, this is like fluffed up recycled fiber that has been dyed black -which is not what I was expecting. Regardless, this stuffing is so very soft and it does hold its shape when used like 'normal' fiber fill. Overall, not what I expected but I am very okay with that.
