High Pressure Brass Misting Nozzles for Mist Cooling System
- If the misting nozzles replacement heads are leaking, no water coming out or other problem, it may be about the installation problem.
- For long time use or with bad water quality, the atomizing nozzle may be blocked. Change another brass misting nozzle replacement head and it will work.
Misting System Heads
- Atomizing misting sprayer outer diameter: 0.35inch.
- Thread size: UNC 10-24.
- Orifice diameter: 0.5mm (0.020").
- Screw into any 10/24-threaded mist nozzle opening.
- High pressure misting cooling system, fit industry use / factory use perfectly.
- Work under 20-70kg/cm.
- Flow rate: 80-145l/min (21-38gpm).
- Water Use of 1/5 Gallon of Water Per Hour Per Nozzle.

Remove the spring from the inside that has a piece of rubber on the end. I think they're perfect after you remove the spring. Don't remove anything else. Just the spring with rubber. That's all. Wish I knew that before I started. The little metal post stays in there.

I bought thwse nozzles a year ago and they worked fine. This year, I went to use them and none of them would work.I read the review that said, remove the Spring in the nozzle.I did that and now they work fine.

This 30-piece order came in 3 10-piece bags 2 of the bags were good. The 3rd bag came in pieces. The parts were not assembled. I returned the entire order to Amazon for replacement. I worked in manufacturing for over 40 years. At one time I was a team lead on a quality team. The quality of items that are manufactured in China which I received from Amazon, has been GARBAGE. I am about at the point where I am going to return orders labeled Made in China automatically.

Needed low pressure. Easy to modify. Just unscrewed and removed the rubber stopper. Works great.

When I first installed NO mist had to remove rubber off of spring the worked great

It won't even start to spray until way above 120psi... Likely 250-300psi is what this requires.If you remove the black rubber piece from the spring they work but won't be drip proof.

Bought for a mister machine. Unfortunately didn’t work consistently. Some nozzles worked, some didn’t. Consider the size and fit before you buy.
