After getting back from a long trip we heard a “popping†noise when jacks were moved up or down. Had our 5th wheel looked at by a repair shop and found out it was the bushings in shackles. They use plastic bushings from factory. This is a great product just sad that I had to replace something that should have been installed from factory. Parts and labor for this repair was $700.

I wish the description would have been more robust and include information that is on the package. This kit will not work if you have the Correct-Track system (yellow octagon alignment bushings). You need UO12-029 kit if you have these. Fortunately I figured it out before opening the package and Amazon returns made it easy to return so I could order correct kit.

It only took 2 of us about 3 hours to install, this product is 3 or 4 times stronger than the factory bolts and straps. I only had 11000 miles on my camper and ALL bushing were completely destroyed!WOULD DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN…

We tow our travel trailer 10,000 miles a year. The nylon bushings didn't last long. I upgraded to these and all our squeaks and groans disappeared. Campers don't stare at us as we pull into the campground anymore!Awesome upgrade for the money.
