STEP 1
Tear off the top plastic portion to open the bag. Using a permanent marker, write the date and time on the bag. Remember to write down any medications you took on the day you pumped.
STEP 2
Pour breast milk into the bag. The amount should be equal to what you expect your baby to eat in one feeding, for example 3-4oz. Do not exceed 6 oz.
STEP 3
Remove excess air and seal completely. Lay flat to freeze.
STEP 4
When ready to thaw, place in the refrigerator or place sealed bag in warm tap water.

Love how thick the zipper on the top is. It’s three layers of zipper so you really have to press it closed but it makes it feel really secure and leak proof when filling. I also like that it has the pour spout and the measurements on the bag.

These storage bags are incredibly heavy duty and have never leaked on me. The pour spout is easy to use and doesn't require scissors to open, making it convenient for feeding on the go. The bags defrost in a reasonable time and the heavy-duty zipper ensures secure closure. I highly recommend these to any breastfeeding mom!

These milk bags worked so well for me. Easy to fill and seal. Super easy to pour milk out after snipping off the end of the little pour spout. No spillage or fumbling with a flimsy bag. These are a nice thick material compared to some other flimsier bags I’ve used. The bottoms of the bags also expand and are sturdy so they can stand up straight.

These bags are thick but not too thick where it takes long to defrost. It’s also easy to use. You just defrost your milk, snip the tip, and pour it into your baby’s bottle! Super convenient! I normally store 2-4oz but it can hold up to 6oz.

I love the quality of the plastic. You can bang the bag around a bit and it doesn’t leak like Lansinoh bags. The size makes it perfect for flat storage. The color is also pretty

I like that these bags are so sturdy compared to other brands I've tried, and I like the easy pour spout. They also seem to be more accurate at measurement than most bags as long as you take extra care to open them fully and measure before sealing. My only complaint is that the ziplock is incredibly hard to open when you fill them. Especially when I pump in the middle of the night and my hands are weak and tired. Even in the daytime though they are difficult. Maybe if they were shipped without the ziplock snapped shut? Idk. Otherwise I love them.

These are my favorite milk bags! I exclusively pump and pour into these bags and store them in the fridge & freezer. When it's time to give her a bottle it's easy to tear off the pour spot one handed. Some other brands don't have a pour spout and it's a pain!
