These motion lights work great as long as they don’t get wet. I put one on RV steps and it rained when we were camping. It quit working after that. Glad I only put one outside and the other just inside the RV. The one inside is still working like it should

I like that they step lights are magnetic and are bright when they work, but they don't hold a charge very long. We bought them at the beginning of the camping season in April and one of them no longer works. We probably only used it 4 or 5 times before it stopped working.

I liked that they have magnetic strip and you can take them off when your done camping so you can't lose them unless you forget to take them off the steps over all they light up the steps at night realy good I recommend these for travel trailer steps or rv and to use for any other light situations like under the cabinets or as a night light so they work good.

In fact, bad. Not waterproof. Not even moisture proof. Battery drains crazy fast even without operating the light much. Battery door hard to close. Doesn't seal. Pretty much junk.

The only issue is I had to mount them on the front of the steps, the motion sensor didn’t work if I mounted them facing down (below the front edge of the step). Because of that our feet do knock one off occasionally. Not really a big deal, mounts right back up with the magnetic strip.

One of my favorite camper purchases! The magnets are strong, we forgot to remove them off the steps before a 5 hour trip and they were still there when we made it home. They turn on before we make it to the steps so the sensors are pretty sensitive, and they are pretty bright! They were easy to install and one set of batteries are still going and we installed them in April!
