This is the exact parts I needed for my 8.8 however the packaging was berry bad luckily nothing was damaged. But one bad bump or miss placement could have made this part complete scrap. There was one big box and that was good but inside there was no foam not bubble wrap nothing to keep it from flying around inside the box other then a plastic bag over the axles and one little sleeve with two smaller boxes in there side this could have ended very bad and cost someone lots of money. But the actual product it self was exactly what I wanted and I’m happy overall

Not sure if this is even a Motive Gear axle. Zero packaging or part numbers on the box that indicates its a Motive Axle. Axle flange hanging out of the box it came in. Just a few smaller boxes thrown in the larger box as an attempt at packaging. Only thing showing is a printed on part number on the axle flange that matches the Motive number. A genuine axle should have came with a Factory 10 emblem on the center of the flange. This does not have it. I'll be lucky if it isn't bent. Unfortunately I do not have time to send it back and shop for another so I'm going to have to use it. Buyer beware. I hope using this axle doesn't screw me.

This is what you need if you are narrowing a ford 8.8" from an explorer to use the same length axle on both sides.
