Bought for my 2003 trx 400 ex. Direct replacement parts. Bike was getting a weak spark and was due to the CDI box. After replacing CDI and wires it has nice fat spark. The bike starts instantly and runs 100 times better. Only thing is you should use a ngk spark plug with Honda machines but I'm sure this plug would work in a pinch
