Pros:The compact design is perfect for my bike, and the 1L capacity has gotten me out of a few tight spots on long rides.Comes with everything you need—fuel hose, cut-off valve, and air outlet lid—making it easy to set up and use.Cons:The plastic feels a bit flimsy, so I’m not sure how durable it’ll be in the long run.If not mounted securely, it can rattle while riding, which is a bit annoying.Overall:It’s not perfect, but the MOTO4U Auxiliary Gas Fuel Tank is a handy, affordable solution for emergencies or remote rides. It’s small, functional, and does the job when you need a little extra fuel to keep going.

Of this product in January 1 time use. Leaked from the bottle seam all over my motorcycle.

In theory, this is better than a modified soda bottle and a straw. After using it, I think I should have made my own using a soda bottle and a straw (I would have actually used something else). The valve did not work at all and the hose+clamp interface leaked no matter what I tried. Also, the hole in the bottom had so much parting line flash that it was about 1/16†open. I ended up drilling to ~1/4â€. I tossed the hose, valve, and clamps and used my own parts. After cleaning up the initial mess and retrofitting, it worked as intended. V4 750 Honda.

Overall this is a well made tank but the fuel outlet is very small. Even though this is for a motorcycle you would have trouble with the tiny fuel line on anything larger than a dirt bike. Would have been nice to be able to connect a 5/16" fuel line and if the bike uses a smaller fuel hose you could adapt downward at the engine. This will work for small engines and smaller motorcycle engines but definitely need more fuel hose diameter for diagnosing a full size motorcycle.
