Bought these as replacement for my v star 1100. They were exact matches. They did feel cheaper than stock as stock has like thick metal plate inside of it these are not as sturdy but I've had them installed for 2 weeks now and no issues and they still look great no cracks or any of that yet. Time will tell.

These boots are terrible! Do NOT buy! Brass stand offs are also not secured in. The o-ring diameter is about 8mm to large and prevents the part from sealing.

Onebof the boots was missing an oring andbi cant get any support to fix the issue otherwise everything was ok
