Got both Motorcraft adjuster kits for left and right rear drum brakes. 1987 Bronco. The left side/driver's side adjuster lever wasn't stamped correctly and wouldn't line up on the adjusting wheel. The previous aftermarket ones I had were higher quality so had to re-use that on the left side. Get AC Delco.

Very good quality product, 100% original MOTORCRAFT and best of all is coming from each side, i.e., left and right...

Despite what the heading says, the (low-quality B&W) image shows the correct 8 parts for '80-96 F150s & Broncos, '80-03 E150s, and possibly others. The necessary grease (MotorCraft XG-3-A Silicone Dielectric & Brake Grease) is NOT included, and should be applied to the adjuster screw & cable guide during installation.

Drum brakes are a dirty environment. Always good to include new adjusters, considering the costs and avoiding the aggravation from a stuck adjuster.
