I received 50 Brake Backplate Hole Dust Covers as pictured, they fit well on my 2000 F-350.I don't know why they call it a "Rear Hold Down Kit", or why they do not give a better description or quantity.I just paid my $ and took my chances, it worked out for me this time as that is what I wanted after the service shop did not put them back after brake work.

this is not a spring kit, but instead is a bunch of plugs for the brake adjustment hole in the backing plate
