4-star due to slightly expensive price... can only assume parts shortage had something to do with this. Plastic clip for the firewall was a little hard to get out for the old one but new one went right in. Not sure if this is common as this is the first one that's blown on my vehicle.

Exact fit for 2008 Ford F150 5.4L with heater core quick connection clip pre-Installed in hose. Right side connection facing firewall. Amazon listing was unclear concerning attachment clip.

To be fair, not a single auto part store said this would fit. Only got to this part number shopping at Ford’s part site. Got it much faster than Ford could do. Fit perfect and pressure tested with no leaks.
