Great lock and alarm. The sound is so loud it hurts my ears. If someone is stealing my bike I'm sure this will stop them.

I ordered the Zexmte motorcycle alarm to use on my storage unit. My apt building provides us a small storage unit to use, but the problem is the storage areas are made of fencing and have a gated entrance. Recently, someone broke into the storage room and used wire cutters on the fences. I had some items stolen but didnt get hit to hard.This got me looking for a solution and I found this motorcycle alarm and decided to try it. The alarm is easy to set up and activate. The alarm is pretty loud and very annoying when it goes off. The problem is the storage area is isolated, so the chance of anyone hearing the alarm is slim. I am hoping the alarm with how loud it is will scare the thief's away. My other hope is the alarm acts as a deterrent and keeps them away from my unit. The alarm senses vibrations and chirps as a warning, then if it senses vibrations after the warning it goes off. I wrapped the cable around the gate to my storage, so it will pick up anyone touching the gate.The alarm feels solid and I tested it out and it does pick up anyone touching the gate. It's pretty sensitive and goes off easily. The price is twords the high end when compared to similar items, but if this alarm keeps my things from being stolen, it's worth every penny.

Electric bikes are wonderful to ride. They are also popular to steal. So, when I saw this disc lock, I thought it would be perfect for us. It takes a bit to figure out how to place the lock but it is pretty easy once we figured it out. You may want ear plugs the first few times you mess with it because the alarm feature is very loud and shrill. haha. But, that is the goal, right? To scare off potential thiefs? You can disable the alarm by using the key so make sure you have it handy. I'm not sure I trust it to be my only lock on my bike, but it definitely makes me feel more comfortable when I lock the bike to grab a bite to eat or something like that. We try not to leave the bikes out of site when we are on outings however. And for normal storage, we have them in a locked private storage unit. But, I truly like having this device and it definitely seems like it will be a good solution to heartless thieves. I recommend this lock.

This is a nice little alarm and is good value for the money. It is super easy to install and stores nicely in a saddle bag or tool pouch. The good: It is loud! And, the sensitivity is set so that the slightest tampering will set it off. It is rechargeable. It comes with a security cable. The not so good: I wish there was some sort of battery life indicator. The battery seems to last a long time, I've read some reviews where it has lasted five months, I would just like to know when it is low. The charging cover is wicked hard to remove. The cable is nice as a reminder device, but that's about all it is good for.

The product itself looks okay. It has heft to it. The charging port is USB C. The keys are smooth and locking the alarm is easy and fluid.After charging the alarm/lock till the light turns green I locked and tested the alarm in hand. I could not get it to go off. I then proceeded to install the lock on my rotors. Keep in mind, I get the lock beep when I lock the the alarm to signify it product is armed. I cannot get it to go off. I gave up after 30 or so minutes. The unit is likely faulty.Quite the frustrating situation.

This is a great and handy disk lock for a motorcycle. It's small enough to carry and does a great job of locking the bike. The Alarm is a great touch and works really well when it's tampered with and it's good that we can recharge it.It is a decent deterrent for thieves.

This thing is loud with good quality. The slightest touch and it's ready to scream. : ) Setting the device to not go off when not in use can be tricky to get the steps down (you have to hear two consecutive beeps). I would definitely read the manual. The device is easy to use. The cable could be of better design for usage purposes. Overall solid lock

This is a good choice to protect eBikes from thieves. It's a great deterrent visually alone. If I were a bad guy and chose to steal a bicycle, or whatever vehicle this works with I'd have second thoughts. Simply because it looks and works different that the standard bike locks. 120db alarm is that extra layer to aid in protection as well.

The Alarm Disc Lock (ASIN B0D3KTT7B9) from EXMTE came complete with two keys, manual, USB-A to USB-C charging cable and a reminder cable.The device seems relatively well made, compact and is loud when triggered. It has recharging capabilities (VIA USB) and seems weather resistant. Use is straight forward; attach it to your wheel's disc brake, turn the key and you're done. Just be sure to use the included strap (connects from the lock to your grip as a deterrent and visual reminder that the bike has a lock) in order to prevent someone (including yourself) from trying to ride off with the lock engaged. The alarm isn't overly sensitive to bumps, though it will go off if someone attempts to pick the bike up and carry it off. Given the price point ($35.99 as of this review) it's money well spent to deter opportunistic folks. Mind you, it won't stop the professionals from making off with your bike (they just throw it in a van and disappear in seconds, noise or not). If you have a bike, you really should have one of these.I hope you find this enlightening and/or helpful to your decision making.

I returned the lock, I feel like it wasn’t sensitive enough it took me a lot of shaking the lock before it rings, but when it does it’s really loud which is good, but for an experienced theft I don’t think they will be shaking a lock alarm that much knowing it will make a sound

With a loud 120dB alarm, it provides peace of mind against potential theft. The lock is reinforced and waterproof, ensuring durability in various weather conditions. The included 1.8m reminder cable is a handy feature to prevent accidental riding off with the lock attached. It's easy to recharge, and the battery life is impressive. It comes with a set of keys however I find the keys do not turn the lock as smooth as I would like but they do work.
