I recently got my hands on a Honda CR250L and it came with a tail rack for carrying stuff. I found this JFG Racing Tail Bag and it fits it perfectly! It looks awesome and is made to last, so I can carry some off-road gear just in case I need it. Plus, it can expand with a zipper if I have bigger stuff to carry. It not only looks great on the tail rack, but it also makes my bike look even better.

For the price I was expecting a bit lesser quality bag that I was hoping to make work. Was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. as its equal to rivals costing twice as much. The rain fly appears to be fully functional and should provide for years of use if taken care of. The bag is collapsable and can be converted to a backpack with included straps. This is a great feature for us as our bike is located on a small island and we use it for the majority of our shopping trips. The bag also expands and is large enough to put my full face helmet in. Ideally for my situation if the bag had a hard bottom it would make for an easier mount to my rack but I made it work with a very thin piece of veneer. My rack is not as large as the bag so the overhang could use a bit of support when heavy objects are placed in bag. This is unique to my situation and probably not an issue for other applications. Overall this is a great value for the price and I would recommend this for someone looking for a basic bag that gets the job done.

Pretty good but the zipper is not the strongest, one of the pieces broke off shortly after buying it.

This was my first tail bag and I'm happy with the purchase. The ease of install certainly depends on the bike but this bag comes with a variety of attachment accessories/cords/straps to handle whatever you need. The bag itself "expands" (much like a suitcase) to fit larger items like a helmet. I do have to put my helmet in a certain direction for it to fit, but it does fit without issue. I like the fact that it's quick and easy to take off if using the snap-in straps, and doubles as a backpack (if that's how you want to wear it). It's helpful to take with you if you don't have something to lock it up with. The one thing I'd have liked to see are some holes on the sides for a cable lock to fit through (understanding that this makes it less ideal for water) so a lock could be run through it and the helmet inside without having to keep the zipper opened up. Depends on your use and preference though. It's a nice bag though, and I'm certainly happy with the purchase.

I've had this on my bike for 3 years now, most of that time sitting in the garage, and I'm really happy to have it. It's a whole lot better than riding with a backpack on, and it carries a good amount of stuff. That said, the material on either side of the zipper is disintigrating on the inside; anything I put in the bag gets covered with little black specs and you can see through the cloth as the plastic flakes off. Also, the rain cover doesn't do an amazing job keeping the insides dry while it's buckled onto the bike and in motion. Nothing is drenched, but the boxes of drink mix I keep in the bag are very definitely wet by the time I get to work, about a 20 mile trip through a drizzle.

Great product for the money. I’m happy that it’s what I was looking for! Real quick the “water resistant “ part is a bag that you put over the bag if you get caught in the rain. Bright side to that is that you can use it as helmet bag when you carry more than a helmet to keep it protected. The “easy†lock feature.. well it can be confusing. Once you get the lay out set and you tighten everything to your liking than it’s a piece of cake. After the initial set up it’s easy to remove and carry on. It’s got an assortment of straps to carry it how you would be comfortable. I made mine a back pack and just tuck the straps underneath the bag when riding. It looks better than I thought it would on my GSXR!The bag is expanding and gets pretty large. Easy to take and go. This however is NOT a bag I would leave attached anywhere. It would be easy to cut the straps and go so keep that in mind if your shopping for one that can stay on the bike and lock. This is not that one. As far as posts saying the buckle is bad, mine have been fine. I’ve pulled and yanked on the bag and it’s super secure. Fine at highway speeds but I’m not looking at my bag when riding. It’s still attached when I get there. Maybe they got bad sets? Others maybe installing it wrong. Just a thought. The clips “can†be upside down.

Good sturdy bag. Straps included are handy but but a couple straps to secure the bag by the four corners to the bike rack would have been more ideal and makes it more secure to the bike. Time will tell how well the materials last but overall great quality bag and zippers so far. Would buy again.

Good bang for your buck, nice tail bag, fits 790 ktm adventure r well on rear oem backrack. Expandable optionn opens extra space quite nicely,, but not overly large capacity, day tripping, sized right for that.

Pretty simple to install, can be used as a backpack because it comes with straps you can clip on. It unclips from the bike pretty easily.Lots of storage space in it. Good for its price point
