Snowproof
Snowproof fabric has been treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) to repel water and snow from the surface. This allows water beads to roll off in order to keep the material as dry as possible, for as long as possible. Snowproof items are ideal for light snow and limited exposure to rain.
Fleece Lined
Fleece lining is made of a soft-touch, fuzzy fabric which feels like warm wool on the skin. Fleece fabrics add a layer of insulation to the clothing, making it great to wear in cold weather.
Integrated Snowskirt
A snowskirt is an extra piece of material on the inside of a ski jacket that prevents snow from entering at the bottom of the jacket. This helps the wearer stay dry when skiing or snowboarding, especially if you take a tumble!
Choosing The Best Ski Jacket For You
Insulation
- Synthetic: Offers a balance of warmth and breathability, and outperforms Down in wet conditions.
- Down: Lightweight and very warm, but only when dry. Great for après-ski and walking around the ski village.
Waterproof Rating
- Water Resistant or "Snowproof": Treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) to repel water and snow from the surface. Allows water beads to roll off to keep the material as dry as possible, for as long as possible.
- Waterproof: A hydrostatic head rating of at least 1500mm, waterproof skiwear can withstand signficiant snow or rainfall without letting moisture in.
Breathable
These fabrics let perspiration out more quickly and efficiently, avoiding dampness in the fabric.

I am so happy with this jacket!!! I purchased this jacket for my 2 year old daughter. I purchased a 3T for her intentionally, buying a size up in hopes that I could have it last through 2 winters. Even with the jacket being slightly big on her this year I’m super happy with my decision to purchase a size up. When I was making my decision on which jacket to purchase for my daughter I was deciding between this one and one slightly less expensive. I am SO HAPPY I decided on this one! This jacket is not only adorable, fits true to size, is super warm, but also keeps my daughter completely dry and she loves it! I have purchased many many children’s jackets over the years for my kids and this one by far has been my best purchase yet! I definitely recommend this purchase!

I got a size 5-6 for my 4 year old and it fit perfect. I was hoping it would be a little bigger so that she could wear it for a couple of years but it didn’t work out. Overall the jacket kept her dry and warm so it did what it was supposed to. I would size up

You cannot go wrong with this great jacket! I was debating between this and another brand and I’m so glad I chose this one. Let me start by the color: just beautiful exactly like the picture. The quality: Awesome, super warm and very nice overall. Price: unbeatable! I got a size 11-12 for my 8 year old daughter (she’s tall) and she’s still has plenty of room for a sweater, she’ll be wearing it for at least 2 winters here in NY. If you’re doubting to buy it just go for it, it won’t disappoint you.

Worked great for my 5yr old! We’re from Texas where out winters are typically 70 degrees. We spent over 2 hrs playing in 20 degree weather with about 3-4 ft of snow, and my daughter didn’t get wet or cold! She had a thermal and fleece sweater underneath.

Great coat, warm, slightly small for size and my daughter is tiny. Got it in blue hoping I could pass it down but cut and seams are a for girls. Great coat and BEAUTIFUL color!

The coat is warm and not puffy, which is what we were looking for. It was great until the zipper broke less than a week after the return window closed. The seller said they couldn’t do anything because it was fulfilled by Amazon & Amazon is charging a restock fee. I like the coat but it’s useless without a functioning zipper.

We ordered for our petite daughter. She is almost 9. The 9-10 size is a good fit for her with room to move, nice quality, warm for moderate cold, she said she stayed warm when out in -10 degree weather for short time. Will be more then adequate for our occasional colder weather and great for the rest of winter weather. Would buy again. Good value for price paid.
