Used to do all chores myself but I am starting to believe the robot now!! The app is very easy to comprehend. The vacuum results is fantastic!! And come with mopping option. Love to save myself some spare time by this lil robot.

I was skeptical at first because I didn’t realize it only had one side brush. But it cleans well. I like the mapping function because it cleans every spot unlike a random all over the place clean that misses spots. I did run into a problem with it avoiding my dark carpet. I taped yellow paper over the 4 censors which did the trick. Overall, I’m very pleased with this unit.

This is my 5th and most expensive robot vacuum and it is by far the worst one I’ve ever had. Spent an entire weekend just trying to use it. It takes two hours to map where it is only mapping not cleaning and then it’s supposed to go to the base and you can edit the map. Every time it goes through the process, the minute it hits the base again, it completely deletes the device from the app including two hours of mapping it just did and you have to start from scratch all over again. Never actually got it to vacuum or mop so I have no idea how it cleans but now it is packed up ready to be returned. Also the app is so clunky and buggy and is very un-user friendly. Worst purchase ever. And tech support? Non existent. You get a recording that says simply “call n back laterâ€. Went to search for a solution and apparently this vacuum is the most returned one on the market FOR THIS EXACT PROBLEM so you know they couldn’t care less about customer service.

This Mova Robot Vacuum is the best ever!! Very easy to set up with my WiFi and start cleaning. Effortlessly cleans our entire house room to room and returns to the charging station. We absolutely love it and can’t say enough positive feedback. Mova blows away other robot vacuum’s, it’s at the top of our list. We continue to promote this product to everyone!ðŸ‘

I've been using this robot vacuum for a month now and I am surprised, it has really good navigation and obstacle avoidance better than its predecessors and it vacuums and mops really well. The noise level is not that loud and it has a long battery life

Great product, does a fabulous job cleaning ceramic and hard wood floorings. We have 2 large shedding dogs and a cat. It picks up all of their hair quietly. It avoids obstacles (the cat) perfectly.

Sleek design and can be tucked in under our nightstand, which saves so much space. The quick mapping process was easy, accurate and smooth process. The Dreame app is easy to use. This makes cleaning a breeze especially underneath beds and other furniture. Hair does not get entangled in the brush. The mop pad is washable and the water tank capacity is more than sufficient for cleaning one floor in our 1700 sqft home. The robot is also smart in detecting carpet and automatically lifts the mop and adjusts suction. Not advisable to use in smaller bath rugs as they move when robot goes through them. Overall, this product is excellent and impressive for this price range.
