The order arrived in a timely fashion with no damage. I highly recommend that you go over all the screw/wingnut settings to tighten things up. One front shield was not installed but it wasn't a hassle to install it. The unit performs as advertised and is a nice supplement for an area specific heat source. On high, it throws out a lot of heat - to the front, above and below the unit - pay attention to the clearance recommendations. If you have heavy duty vinyl garage floor tile over your concrete floor as I do, you will need a heat shield mat or other heat protection in the first few feet in the front of it. Otherwise it will bubble your tile.I use a DYNA-GLO torpedo heater to quickly warm up my garage and then switch to this unit for my workbench area for ongoing heat. It works quite well - just pay serious attention when lighting it. The instruction's recommendation for using a match is not a really good idea unless you have REALLY long matches. I suggest you use a cheap ($1.50 at my local Ace Hardware) butane charcoal lighter which is longer and safer than most matches. I light mine from the sides of each heater element with great care.Overall its a good product - just be careful lighting it.

I call the heat things 'bells' because they look like uh, bells! This flameless heater just cranks out a lot of heat. A whole lot. Good to about 30 degrees or slightly less, depending on the wind, it kept 4 of us warm for Thanksgiving outside in COVID 2020 years. The only drawback is it's a little tricky to start if there's an even gentle breeze. The shutoff valves under each burner are just a bit hard to push in.The best part is this is flameless. But don't let the heater part get too near a flammable object. You probably won't be able to anyway because it gets VERY warm when you're close to the business side of those bells. One of the ratings for stars was 'Thickness" "Thickness" isn't an issue or even part of this.5 stars all the way except for the hard to push in igniter thingy. That's easy to get past tho. If you want to stay warm outside, you can't beat this.

I bought this heater to heat my insulated garage. It's easy to hook up and use, and works well. The heat generated is very directional. The heating elements do have wing nuts which can be loosened to adjust the angle. The angle of adjustment is limited however. A guesstimate would be maybe 15-20 degrees in each direction side to side from center. The elements cannot be adjusted to move up and down though, only slightly side to side.As an fyi, the unit does put out a particular (not gas) smell when new. I don't know how long it took to burn off, but it did go away with use.I'd recommend this to a friend who is looking for pretty decent heat output in a directional fashion.

I use this in my garage during football season. It warms the place up within an hour to where a t shirt and shorts are more comfortable than a hoodie and pants.

This definitely puts out some heat. I love that I can choose to use just one burner depending on the temp. I would have given 5 stars, however, there is one thing I wish were different. The burners are on as tight as possible, however, they still jiggle around a decent amount when toting them with a wagon. This wears down all the parts and the burners stop working one by one. this seems to be the same with other brands as well.

This heater is as advertised. It is very functional and gives off a good amount of heat. It is not as pleasing to the eye as the more expensive restaurant heaters, but is much more portable and functional. If you are looking for a unit that is easy to transport that offers heat over style then this ones for you.

Did a great job heating the garage. (625 square feet, 10 foot ceiling, insulated) Opened the garage door about nine inches to provide adequate fresh air. Held the garage at 67 degrees F, opposite wall from heater, with outside temperature of 33 degrees F. Made for a comfortable working environment.

It is easy to light, generates a load of heat, and does exactly what we wanted it to do. It was a good purchase.

Like other reviews, the heater stopped working after less than 2 years. One head won't turn on at all, while the other 2 only remain on when the ignition button is pressed and held. Customer support online is willing to go through taking it apart to see what parts are needed to repair the problem. Its very nice but way too complicated. Too bad Warranty is only for 1 year.
