So my only regret is that I don't really need something this large. I have a living room with a vaulted ceiling so I thought I would for sure need to extend out the full length to paint that high. I'm dumb and didn't think about the height I already bring to the table with just my body. So, long story short, this works like a charm, but if you think you need a 6' pole to do a ceiling like this (12-15')... you don't. Get yourself something a little easier to handle and get a 3 or 4' pole that extends.As for the pole itself, it is sturdy and the extension works really well. It is probably not the lightest option on the market, but for the purpose of painting it was easy to handle for a 5'4" woman. Overall I think this is a great value - great quality for a low price. I have not tried to use the pole for any other application yet other than painting so those are the only insights I have.

We used this for a 2 story cottage and it worked great. Very sturdy.

Good quality and sturdy. The only down side is that the body had lots of micro fiber in it that get stuck on your hand. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly before initial use.

This pole is way better than many of the cheap poles I have owned in the past, it is still, light weight and overall does the job

Let me start off by saying I'm a professional painter. Most extension poles I've used in the past have mostly been Purdy with the slide-lock function. I have to say I'm impressed with how well this one works. I actually like it better than the Purdy. I was a little nervous giving this a try with it being a twist to tighten and loosen but the twist is very secure. No need to tighten it at full strength. Same goes with loosening it, very simple and quick. The crew I work with of course made fun of it because it's not the same as theirs but they've all tried it and feel the same way I do. At full extension this brand feels more stable with less wobble than the same extension length with Purdy. I've been using it for about a month now with no problems. Hopefully it continues to hold up.

Haven't been using it for apple picking yet, but it is very solid, and seems to hold firmly when extended.

Very pleased with the quality and the price. It locks pretty well, but when I was using it with a car was brush the bru#h turned a little a couple of times.

I liked how sturdy this pole was when it was extended to full length. you could put pressure on the brush and the pole stayed relatively straight. others have a large bend which makes you think that they will break or bend out of shape.

Really like this pole for use as a sanding pole and to roll paint on walls, makes overhead work much easier physically. The only downside is the extension mechanism, which uses a compression lock that you twist to tighten and loosen to the desired lengths, which often requires two hands to brace and loosen the compression nut.Otherwise for the price, this is a really nice feeling and great extension pole for a home owner, DIY’er or small contractor.
