I didn’t use for the intended purpose of mating a BOP trans to a Chevy. I used it to space out a bellhousing on an LS with a 4 speed and cheap GMT800 flywheel so I had free play in the hydraulic clutch slave. Worked fine after trimming it to clear the rear cover bolt heads.It’s a plate of metal, just over 1/8 inch thick. Not much an go wrong with it.

It is what it is...it does work. Just realize you will have to do a little modifications.... You will have to grind a bit out of your block mating surface to get two of the bolts to fit... Worth the price. Just take your time.

In order to make this work I had to cut a bung off the block and weld the bolts to the plate. Not ideal but is better then buying a bell housing

this saved me from buying a different transmission to fit my olds engine in my chevrolet pickup

Works but instructions or something would have helped. Would be better it bolts were welded in place already. Requires block grinding or notched for installing
