It took a bit to get it installed, i.e. strength to get the fittings on. I actually had to take the faucet apart to get the water line/hose relaxed enough, It took two rubber washers to get a seal with the commercial faucet I had, not necessarily the fault of the spray unit. Once on and tight it works GREAT, solid water stream, I expect it will blast off the grime on my grills. Yep, boy does it blast, cut my cleaning time down to close to zero on my smoker racks and the water pan,

I decided on this faucet to replace my aging faucet in the utillity sink, it took me less than an hour, no cuss words or anything, off with the old, on with the new. This faucet is built with quality and a beautiful finish and I believe will last a very long time and if it should need any replacement parts in the future it will disassemble because of the brass materials that don't weld themselves together. Happy I found this product.

The Fossett swings left to right at 45 degrees so it will lay flat against the wall.When first installed the fossett does have a Slight leak, however with use the gasket wears in and the leak goes away.

I've come to like it.It's in a big sink, and I often get compliments from others.You don't need a side dish, I don't, and I look clean and nice.Much better looking than the traditional silver faucet.I like the price, too!It's going to be very simple.Easy to install!!

The faucet itself is sturdy and attractive enough -- the problem is this: as another customer review noted, the valves do not have a "hard stop" but "squish" closed. You must be careful not to turn them too tightly, which means that you need to be patient when closing water flow off. Keep in mind also that they operate by turning backwards, so it takes some getting used to. If you over-turn or torque the faucet handles "closed" too tightly, you slowly (or rapidly) destroy the rubber seals inside the faucet handles and the HOT water will generally be the one that goes first.We have done fairly well by gently and patiently closing the water flow, as well as posting a big sign over the sink (thank goodness it's in the garage on our utility sink) that indicates the reverse turn of the faucets. We knew that sooner or later, even with the most respectful and careful use of the faucets that the rubber seals would give out. What happened is that we had painters in the house and they used the sink to clean up after each of the two days of painting. It's clear that they were not closing water flow gently and we found out, the next morning, the steady drip of the hot water faucet. Valve completely shot.Perhaps we can buy one through the seller here at Amazon... no. Looked through reviews and questions, found an email address and emailed exactly 7 days ago, and have never received a reply. Yet -- Amazon continues to SELL THIS.Trust me, sooner or later, your valve cartridges WILL fail. You will NOT find these parts in a plumbing supply store here in the US. Good luck if you buy this set.Of course, you could always just buy another faucet set... it'll be easy to re-install, it will come with new valve cartridges, you won't have to do any adaptive work to make it fit and it'll probably last you for a few more years before leaks begin. All for LESS THAN $100!!! (Not including tax, of course.)Oh, one more note -- this faucet set also has the problem of water flow inconsistency. It does NOT maintain the volume/flow that you select by the degree of handle rotation, which means as the seconds tick by, the flow volume reduces noticeably and you have to keep readjusting it. Also, the hot side GETS HOT and I mean HOT. Be careful.That is all.
