Update: Changed my review to 5 stars due to exemplary customer service. They reached out to me based on my review and took care of the issue. I assumed it would be a futile effort and embraced my fate as it were. But they surprised me and remedied the issue on their own!Original Post: The mat shipped in a soft package that apparently got squished during transport. It now has perma creases in it that are aggravating. I tried ironing them out but no. They have a soft carry case to protect them but it was stuck in the sticky part of the packaging and tore when trying to get it out of the package. Did I mention the shipping aspect was aggravating? lolThe art is great. Quality is good. Packing is not optimal.
