I’m using the costume for decorative purposes only for my Nutcracker Suite themed Christmas by placing it on a metal dress maker form, so I’m not reviewing their use as a costume, however the quality is very nice. The fabric is a stretch velvet, and it’s heavily beaded and appliqués and seemed to be sown well. The royal blue color is deep and intense. I’d say it’s well worth it.

I ordered a women’s small for my daughter who is 4’9†and almost 90lbs, based on the exact measurements. It fit well except that the torso was too short. We swapped for a medium that was the correct length but had to be brought in on the back seems about 4†and on the bottom of the Leo 2â€. The top layer of tulle rolls up as seen in the first picture, and needs to be tacked down with fabric glue. Some of the kids had shape collapse after a couple of performances but I believe it’s fixable.All in all the kids loved these costumes and they worked perfect for the dance. Good quality for the price but I wouldn’t expect them to hold up for a long time without work.If measurements are on the line on the sizing chart or you have a long torso I would size up.
