Emerson compact fridge. Both parts fit perfect. Was concerned about different # on the old overload switch but changed it out with the new one. Refrigerator started right up. Big money saver over a new fridge. Hopefully quality will hold up as there were cheaper replacements available. Figured you get what you pay for and went with this part over others . So far awesome. Delivery was fast next day (Sunday). And right on time awesome job Amazon!

THIS IS NOT A "VINE FREE" REVIEW BUT AN HONEST PAID FOR BY ME REVIEW!!!I like that it was a starter relay & the overload relay. My problem wasn't the starter relay as MOST PEOPLE have, but it seemed to be the overload relay because I tried just the starter relay & had to return (another seller) and ordered these. (There was NOTHING with the multimeter with my old overload relay). Since THESE were only $1+ more for BOTH compared to the 'other' starter relay only (other seller) it was worth giving these a try. Overall since I got these today (and used BOTH to make sure I wouldn't have to mess with it again if the starter relay did quit) and installed both NEW parts, my hopes are high for these as they came in the 2pk (1 of each) and took care of the 2 most common problems for a mini fridge to suddenly quit.I did get a NEW mini fridge anyway so I could put this in another room, and the cost of the NEW fridge was CONSIDERABLY HIGHER than these at just over $7 delivered..NEXT DAY. So if you got a problem and ruled out the obvious reasons, instead of just the starter relay, it's worth the extra $1 to get these that come BOTH parts.

I had a bottom feeding water cooler that I really liked. Had it for 7 years when it stopped cooling. I narrowed it down to the compressor Starter Relay and Klixon (overtemp device). Replaced them both with these parts and I was so happy to hear that compressor start up and run!3 days later I couldn't get any water to dispense from hot or cold taps. Discovered that water reservoir had frozen solid, hence...no dispense. I turned it off for a few days to thaw and it worked fine again. The FUNDAMENTAL problem was the thermostat. The compressor ran constantly without shutting off when cold temp was reached and it eventually crapped out again. These parts worked perfectly, but their failure was a result of a faulty thermostat.I just bought another cooler and was disappointed my 7 dollar repair didn't last.

This is my replacement for the first unit which was 5 ohms and didn't work and this one is 5.2 ohms but it's supposed to be 4.7 and yes I tested my leads on my ohm meter

Hopefully this one lasts longer. Low cost part that keeps a magic chef mini fridge working. Replaced parts in about 5 minutes.
