I stuffed 10 pounds of sausages in about two hours, all by myself. I believe if you have an extra person helping, that would be much faster. Overall, I am pleased with the product, it is made of sturdy plastic, very easy to clean as other people pointed out. fairly easy to load and reload the meat. Once you get the hang of it, it works quite well considering how simple the design is. I didn’t break or tear any casing, quite pleased.

I like it for a low cost beginner’s tool. I’m experimenting with making my own sausages and didn’t want to blow $70 to discover I was going to get bored. This works just fine and if I use it enough to break it it’s time to get a stainless one.

It’s cheap in price and material. So it does work better than stuffing sausages by hand, but the poor construction does not make the whole process a breeze. Also, two of the tips came in bent.

All the meat pushes back behind the plunger. Doesn’t work! Returning this for a refund.

I bought this to fill manicotti and I couldn't be happier. It took about 15 minutes to fill 2 dozen manicotti shells. A really great product!
