I tried 16 gage wire, but this 14 gage works even better. I use it to train my petunias:)

With two young boys who love to cause mischief, my children keep losing (or purposely discarding) the pin keys for the locks to the doors in the house. They sell for only about 50¢ apiece which isn't crazy but I got sick of paying for them. This 14 gauge wire is literally perfect for making your own. All you need are a couple needle nose pliers and some sandpaper and for less than 7¢ a pop this makes more than 100 of them.

Wasn't sure of 12 or 14 gauge but this 12 is perfect. Bends easy with pliers. Almost out and will be needing more soon.

Heavy duty steel wire. If you aren’t sure what 14 gauge means, the wire is about the same thickness as a metal wire coat hanger, but it’s easier to bend.

I got this wire for DIY plant trellises but the wire is thick ( I had no idea what the sizes meant ) therefore it is pretty hard to bend the wire. I will use it since I have already tried to make some but will definitely get a different smaller size next time
