This is just perfect for the days I can't make it to the gym and need a easy at home workout. Sturdy and easy to use. I like that it comes with two different resistance bands and I like the pink color that it comes in.

I love this kid because it has everything you need for a full body workout at home. It’s easy to assemble and the material is sturdy and versatile. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a full body workout at home and can’t make it to the gym.

Had I gotten to choose the color, I would've preferred black, grey, or blue (or really anything other than pink...), but obviously that's something that doesn't affect the quality of the item, so it's not a huge issue.After ordering this kit, I've started seeing similar ones suggested, most of which have more accessories than this one does. But that's usually how things go.I've never been an "off to the gym" kind of person, so the majority of my exercise is cardio (daily dog-walking and such). I've been wanting to get back in shape, though, so I figured I'd give this kit a try.I like that it comes with a carrying case, which makes it easily portable, although I'll just be using it at home.Even when the bar is fully put together, it doesn't take up much room, so it can be easily stored under the bed or in a corner between uses.I work from home, so when I'm not taking the dogs out for a mile-long walk every 2-3 hours, I'm usually sitting at my chair working on the computer. This kit makes it really easy to take a short break from work and do some stretching, without feeling like I have to get into the entire Workout Mode mindset. I can do a little bit here and there.So, again, I really hate the color pink, so I don't love how this thing looks, but so far it seems to be decent quality, which I appreciate. I might eventually end up getting one of the other similar ones that comes with more accessories, but for now, this is a nice and simple way for me to get back into the routine of stretches and workouts.
