I really love the size of these, they are large enough that they cover a lot of scalp and work just as well for my toddler as they do for my baby!

The bristles are smooth and I don't feel like they hurt my baby's head when I scrub. Because she has a lot of hair, the bristles are almost not long enough to really scrub her scalp through her hair. I do like that it is easy to clean and doesn't get yucky.
