The pad part of my pinky was sliced by the E string during a gig. I sometimes use my pinky pad for 4 or 5 fret stretch or slide. Painful as it was, I had to adjust my pinky use but got through the gig and three more before the gloves came in. My pinky was healing somewhat but still tender whenever the sliced part of the pad came close to a string, so I used the gloves for my practice session the day I got it and it protected my sliced up pinky very well. I've been using the gloves ever since during practice sessions and this is mho on the gloves:1. It does protect your fingers and finger pads from slices or cuts from the strings and relieves your fingers from pain very well if you already have a cut or slice.2. As shown on YouTube video reviews (google it), It allows clear and precise fretting of the guitar (or I imagine any stringed instrument that you need to fret).3. The gloves I ordered and received fits very well except that the fingers for my ring and pinky are about 1/8" to 1/4" too short. But I wouldn't take any stars away for that since it's made for universal fit and not custom fit.4. Using the glove gave me an initial "crowded" feel and my 3rd finger and pinky seemed weakened, probably due to the shortness of those glove fingers. But I ignored it during my practice session, and after the session, I decided to play a song without the gloves and to my surprise and elation, my fingers felt as if they had all the room in the world to maneuver. Definitely a win!I can't speak to the durability of the gloves since I've had them for only a few weeks, but it seems to be holding up fine. I did put one in my gig bag in case I slice my finger(s) again. I'm confident that I'll be able to use it on stage if I need to.

I wish it was a bit thinner. It's better for soloing more than chording! Just my take on it though.

I wasn't sure how it would be playing with gloves on. After a couple of times wearing them while playing, I can't believe how smooth the strings feel and how accurate I could finger the notes. I probably should have got the next size up because for my finger measurement the gloves are slightly short on the fingers. It doesn't interfere with playing. I may get the next size up to see if that's better but, I think maybe the gloves might be too loose.Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase!

I was sceptical. I really didn't believe I could play guitar with a glove on. I am 65 and have been playing guitar over 50 years. It brings me lots of joy. I developed psoriasis on my hands about 10 years ago that mostly affects the middle and index fingers on my left hand. My fretting hand. Those fingers will swell, then itch, then weep, then split and bleed. Playing guitar becomes nearly impossible when it flares up, which makes me sad and cranky. I would still try to play but it would be painful and makes a bloody mess of the fretboard and salty blood wrecks steel strings. Out of desperation, I searched for guitar gloves and found these, not really believing they would be a viable solution. I was wrong. They are wonderful. Barre chords would tear the skin off my fingers before. I can now slide up and down the fretboard without damaging my fingers and actually my hand glides better with the glove. I figured that open chords might be more difficult to play without deadening adjacent strings, but that is not the case. After a few minutes, I was able to play with the same tone and accuracy, and without the pain and mess. I measured my hand as described and was on the small side of medium so I ordered small. I'm glad I did. They fit tight, which is good. I take my time putting the glove on, one finger at a time. Don't just yank on the cuff! I ordered 2 as I didn't think they would last very long, but I have at least 4 hours of playing time on the first one and it shows no signs of wearing out any time soon. For my particular needs, I couldn't be more delighted!Edit Jan. 28, 2022As mentioned, I ordered 2 of these. 14 months later, I'm still using the 1st one. I use the ring finger on my fret hand a lot bending strings so the tip of the glove for that finger has worn through. It still works fine for me as I have callus on my finger tips and the psoriasis doesn't affect my finger tips. If I live long enough to wear the second one out, I'll order these again!

This isn't the first practice glove I have purchased, so I am familiar with the benefits of using one as a musician. However, it is a little disappointing when you spend time measuring your hands and fingers to ensure a good fit based on the size chart provided, but you still end up with the wrong size glove. Adjusting the size chart to measure length of your hand is not enough. It should include width of your hand and the width of your fingers. Those of us with wider hands and fingers still have the same length as shown in the chart when ordering, but the width makes the glove fit tighter than it should. Perhaps putting an additional size consideration on the chart so people who order know what they are getting or should be ordering.

I have been taking guitar lessons for 3 years. I decided I wanted to learn to play all the notes in every song. It took some time but I loved it! Now I am doing chords which is much harder. My left index finger is tingling and has been hurting. I used to be able to practice for a long time until I started learning chords. This Musicians Practice Glove had been invaluable! I can play without pain! I am so happy I found it! My guitar teacher said I probably bruised my nerve in the tendon. This glove is wonderful. It takes practice to play with a glove, but it helps so much! I bought the small beige one that fits perfectly. It is a snug fit. If you go too big, it will not fit as well. I am so happy with my purchase!

Thank you for these gloves I hope that they would hold onto the strings better and would stop my fingernails from breaking.

Consegnati in qualche giorno.
