These are well built and I used them to replace old tuners on a cheap base I had. They are slightly larger than the original tuner; but, boring the hole out just a bit was quick and painless. I have several sets of Musicilly tuners on my budget guitars, and find them to be totally up to the job. These might not be great for high end basses; but, anything else, they work fine.

I'm a guitarist and songwriter recording my work at home, and I have an old Ibanez SR300DX bass that a friend had given me. One of the tuning heads was broken, so I ordered a set of these. I had wanted to order the Guykers, but they would have taken too long to get here so I went with the cheapies, and I am not at all sorry. They were a breeze to install, they're solidly made, they fit perfectly, and they have held the strings in perfect tune since I restrung the bass. I highly recommend these tuners if you're on a tight budget.

Took a little filing to fit into my p bass, but this gave me reason and opportunity to move the tuners more in line with the nut. However, I don’t like the 2+2 nature of the system. I find it hard to space the knobs so that they are far apart enough to turn unimpeded by their neighbor, while keeping the direction of the posts turning correct. They work and look nice, but I’m frustrated every time I switch from tuning EA to tuning DG, because the twist is a different direction. I don’t blame the seller at all, this was an experiment to see if they fit the bigger color scheme. I’m satisfied enough I intend to order another pair to get the turn alignment correct, and keep the 2nd set of keys as a backup.

These were cheap but they seem to stay in tune just fine so far. I’m not an amazing bassist so I didn’t want to spend money on a brand name tuner. I do play guitar though and I build guitarsThe metal feels a bit cheap and I really can’t say how long they will last in the long run but for the money I didn’t know if they would even stay in tune. That could be a bass guitar thing though idk. I just record a little bass here and there in my home studio and one of my stock machines broke on my beginner Ibanez. So far so good with these. Don’t tour with em but they’re fine for me. Haha.

If course it is day one and we will see how it all holds up to time and use but initial impression is favorable.I swapped the chrome bridge, tuners and knobs to black and brass and what a difference. Love it.I just spent 20-30 minutes adjusting the height and intonation and dialed it in perfectly.

I like the color. It gave me a little customization for the reparation of this broken Ovation.

Product is absolutely the same as the original on a Spector bass. Only difference is the disc on the back is a dull finish compared to the original which are chrome. Music store wanted $100 for one. Way cheaper on Amazon at $25 for four and fast delivery.

Están bien para lo que cuestan. SerÃan el equivalente a unos de 40-45 € en una tienda de música

After a failure on my bass at rehearsal, I needed replacement quickly. Ordered these and they are spot on - really heavy and great quality. Installed in a couple of minutes with all parts supplied including the little screw to secure in place. Only comment is these are quite a high gloss finish and my existing ones are more matte finish but hardly noticeable but worth a mention if that matters to you. Highly recommended
