I'm a good cook, but I can never cut my spam consistently... I just dont know why but I can't. THis meat slicer was a single use item that people tell you never to buy but when you make as many musubi as me, this is a huge time saver and it keeps my musubi consistent. Mind you, I'm doing about 50 musubi at a time so yeah, I love this thing. Now that I have 2 presses, I can recruit people to help me and cut down the processing time by half! It's a great deal and the molds are sturdy, non-stick, and easy to clean. Definately, well worth the price!

Just make sure you get your rice nice and sticky otherwise it won’t hold but once you get that down the rest looks professionally done

My kids love Spam musubi and it's an easy thing to make them for lunch. This set came with a slicer which sliced a bit thicker than I'd prefer (1/4" +) but then if you do that you get a more tender center to the Spam so maybe that's okay. We prefer it to be more thin and crispy.The press part seems like it will be too small but it's not - it's perfect. And it's non-stick and works perfectly. Solid little tool.

I used to think that I was better than this and didnt need it -- I was wrong. These molds and the cutter make making musubi's SO much easier. I think in one hour I made over 40 of them things and I was so shocked lol! Definitely worth the buy and it does the job very well!
