The package includes clips and screws to hold the aluminum channel pieces in place. The Most Fun part of installing is laying on my back and drilling pilot holes in the bottom of the upper cabinets. The little clips work perfectly to hold the channel sections in place. The kit comes with covers and end pieces for the channels, including holes for wire access.My original LED installation suffered from some overheating at mid-strip junctions, eventually causing breaks and dark sections in the under-cabinet LED strips. I've been progressively upgrading the various rooms with aluminum channel for the strips, so the aluminum might do a better job carrying and dissipating local strip heat. This kit was for the third room install, with the heat-dissipating function already proven. This channel kit has a significant advantage over the deeper channel kits I used for the first two-- the available light distribution is much less limited by the channel walls.I'm only part way through this part of the installation at this point. If there are changes I'll update the review. So far though, I/m happy with the product and the results.

Used for under kitchen cabinet lighting. Very easy to install. Very professional look. I used 2835 3000K led light. The nonsolder clip style strip connector for 2835 fit very nice in tray. The 5050 clip style to large to fit in tray, however the 5050 led strip does fit well. Could still work fine but not as elegant as the clip in the tray. Loved that half endcaps had predrilled hole to put connector wire through. End up with great "led fixture" and clip in place is great. If you want to trial your light position under cabinet for the light effect, very easy to do, or if you want to relocate very easy as well. I installed with the diffuser on, ran trial with it on and with it off, I couldn't tell difference so put them on for ease of cleaning and just "light fixture" appearance. Can't imagine every not using these or similar product if going to trouble to light under cabinet...

Putting these light fixtures together takes some time and patience, along with a little dexterity. If you’re not into crafting, moderate electrical work, working w/ tools, and small delicate parts, stick with using light bulbs.One side of the negative reviews are those that fall into this category. The other side unfortunately are victims of Amazon’s inconsistent practices of shipping used merchandise. The rails are REALLY thin and if they get bounced around in shipping, they will be damaged.Words of advice: Before you stick you led strips in the channels or try to slide in the panels, CLEAN the inside track. This will give the strips adhesive tape a fighting change to stick. Study where the plastic panels fit in and clean those tracks also. I found some grit that would’ve made installation troublesome.Yeah the hardware is crap, just plan ahead and eat it to get better/linger screw.My only realy complaint are the end caps don’t fit flush against the channel so there’s a gap. Wish there was bridging hardware to join (2) sections together flush so I don’t have to cut the strips for longer runs.

I don't have a lot of reference when it comes to these but overall they seem to be of high quality. I would have probably given 5 stars if they would have thrown in more ends and clips. The product came with a nice set of instructions and everything, but then they only throw in 20 ends [1 each side]. That's literally crazy as they know 99% of people are cutting these things to fit under cabinets. I'm assuming this is with the hope of the client coming back and ordering additional ends at a 10x markup. It should come with ATLEAST 40 ends and double the amount of clips. Just charge an extra 2 bucks guys... come on. It's not even the money... this forces your customers to wait another week or two to finish their installs.

The lights hardly diffuse at all. The legs are very bright individual orbs visible from across the the room and very close.Their display photo of what other products looks like compared to theirs is actually what theirs looks like. Very obvious and evident led bulbs showing through.The clips, tracks and covers don’t work very well; the tolerances are tight, but not deigned well, so they don’t snap, click, or slide into place very well at all.I’ve got them snugly in, but it’s not a clean and quality looking feeling to them.I’d definitely try a different brand/style than reuse these misleading items

These take a little getting the hang of but are really good. They need more clips to secure them when you cut them to different lengths.

This is a very good quality product which looks good when installed. However some practice is recommended before going for fitting. The screws are very small and the spring clips very flimsy, I ended up mounting mine with carpet tape, this becomes more evident when trying to mount the translucent front cover, also don't forget to remove the film from the cover before you put it on. The front cover requires a knack to install as there is not much leeway, so a flat blade screwdriver is needed to start the fitting process. Other than that it looks really good.

Worked well for putting lights up in my RV, didn't use the fasteners I used 3M double sided tape instead. Light covers clicked into place easily and work great.
