Do yourself a favor, don't use the brackets. Drill 3 holes in each strip and screw them right to the wall. Easy to cut and adjust. Lense covers popped on easily. We used them with Govee lights.

These are very nice and fit snug to the brackets without play. In the picture here I have govee's m1 series led strip housed right beneath the vaulted ceiling wooden beam. I mitered the corners so it's a flush look. I used my wet saw for the extruded aluminum and a razor blade for the covers.Edges close nicely if cut nicely. The better your cuts the better your fit and finish. I suggest you measure several times before you cut. This product worked perfectly for me, however I do see how some could rush things and blame the brackets or the coverings.. Honestly, its not difficult, just take your time. Took me 2 hours to cut and mount these LEDs in the living room before we painted.

The Eve brand light strip didn’t fit the channel. Govee fit perfectly. Make sure the inside of the channel is wide enough four your light strip.

So as expected, as the description says, I still see the dots because I have a 30 led per meter Govee rgbic strip light but the difference it makes is huge and I can live with this so I’m very pleased with the purchase. I didn’t end up using the hardware/clips it came with, I used 3M adhesive strips and it gave it a cleaner look in my opinion. Just ordered more to finish the job. Highly recommended especially if you already have a 30led/meter strip and don’t want to get another light strip.

I have no complaints about the aluminum tracks and plastic diffusers. My complaint is how flimsy and worthless the clips are to hold them to the ceiling. Incredibly frustrating when I attach a section a different one falls off. I'm going to drill holes through it and attach with flush mount screws.

The 6m channel kit came undamaged and of quality material. However, it was missing the sixth LED channel cover.
