Wow this little price labeler is great! Included 3 extra things of ink and about 10 extra rolls of stickers. Great value. The knob to change the price can be a little tricky but overall it works great.Seems nice and durable. Labels stick to the product no problem. Right now I’m using it to label my tcg cards.

Works as advertised, but has some issues. I bought this to tag customer repairs to make sure the right item goes back to my customers. It worked great at first, but after using it for a few months, the tags don't always come out enough to apply to the product. It comes with a few rolls of the tags, which worked great at first, but over time became less sticky, so I frequently find them on the ground or shelves, leaving the items untagged. Sometimes even pressing them into place isn't enough to keep them on.It's easy to mess it up, too; if it gets pulled a little bit when tearing off the excess backing, it'll get out of alignment and the print doesn't line up with the tags, forcing you to have to take it apart and re-run the tape. After doing this enough times, the clear cover broke, and doesn't stay closed anymore. It was a quick fix with superglue, but it shouldn't have happened.Overall, I wish I'd spent a little more on something nicer, but for a starting business, it still does the job.

The product came damaged. The part that holds the tape in was cracked so I have to hold it with two hands when making products. Aside from that it works well and does what I need it to.

I got the MX-5500 8 Digits Price Tag Gun, and overall, it's a good product that I would rate 4 stars. It comes with a bunch of sticker labels (5000!) and 3 ink refills, which is a great deal for the price.The tag gun itself feels strong and durable, and it can handle a lot of labeling without any problems. But, I have to admit, it wasn't the easiest thing to figure out how to use at first. The instructions were a bit confusing, and it took some trial and error to get it right. Once I got the hang of it, it was better, but it would have been nice if the instructions were clearer.Once I got the hang of it, the tag gun worked well, and the labels stuck nicely to things. It makes pricing easy and accurate, which is great for my business. Although it took some effort to figure out how to use it properly, I'm happy with the product overall, especially with all the extra labels and ink refills included. With a bit of practice, I think it'll be a valuable tool for my business.
