It's a decent product for the price and does what it's supposed to. The handles are comfortable and it is easy to punch through a couple of pages at once. I am using it on punch cards for my classroom. It works very well.

Not precise enough if your goal is to sell a paper craft item with a cut out because it isn't a precise cut. Would work well enough for confetti or for a child just having fun with it or maybe even good enough for casual card making but not professional.

it does not punch clean hole a lot of times, leaves the chit handing and some times has to be opened by hand rather than spring opening it.
