Growing up my mother and her friend would make large batches of ravioli and freeze them for later use. I was so excited when they asked me if I wanted to join in on the fun. I loved it then and now I can host my own "Ravioli Party". This tool also works great for making lattice pie crust look a little fancier. I am planning to try it on shortbread cookies. I'm thinking of making an 'edible mini-quilt' with "pinked" squares.I'll update this review once I make the cookies.

I was really looking forward to this - we make a lot of ravioli - but it did not work particularly weel. We will go back to our standard pizza slicer without the side rollers they just made a mess and did not particularly press the dough together so that it was a neat looking edge.

They worked good. Just have to make sure to roll them in flour before you cut the dough.

The blade is too tall to crimp seal the edges. It would work if you’re using too thick of a dough.
