A water-resistant tarp means that it will repel water if water runs off it in a light fashion. In heavier rains or a straight cover, this tarp will eventually have the water soak through.
You can water-proof it on your own with a coating of a sealant. Sold separately.
Cut Size vs. Actual Size for Canvas Tarps:
- All our Canvas tarps are hand made and cut-size is going to differ from the listed size by up to 2% or 6".
- We strive to get as close as possible to the actual size but this is often impossible due to different fabric stretching and machines involved in the manufacturing process.

This is a great product. I used it to cover camping equipment in the bed of my truck while it was raining. Great performance tarp was covered in mud and water didn’t leak once.Update today is feb,17,2025. I am still using this product. It has held up very well. After heavy use it has a quarter size puncture. This is the only spot it leaks. I would definitely recommend this product.

Color yellow above is a perfect choice for our need! We need to have a light, bright color to keep the heat reflected off the shade structure in the sun when the temperature rises into the 100s! In the picture you can see a golden yellow tarp! Disappointingly that is not the color that we received. The Tarp is a dirty brown. Don't know what we'll do...3/26/2023 UpdateColor has faded some, perhaps due to the unprecedented storms, frozen rain, and cold temperatures we have had this winter. It has served to keep our pets dryer and allowed them to be outside but not too wet or cold! Quality appears to be good! Looks like the color works with the colors of the roofs!

Great product for your money. It seems to be a heavy durable item that im using as a patuo shade cover and looks great with my patio furniture and decor. Blocks the sun and keeps my patio cooler while i drink my beer.

This tarp has surprisingly held up nicely here in the Hawaiian sun, rain and blustery trade winds that sometimes blow for 3-4 weeks nonstop. The color has faded quite a bit but for me it’s a plus since it matches my foredeck cover and sail bags better. It hasn’t shown any significant wear since I put it on late February 2022, all grommets are still intact. It still is water repellent at this time. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will last for a couple of years. It’s already so much better than those plastic tarps that shreds into pieces during strong trade wind days also not as noisy and more pleasant to look at. The price was similar to a plastic tarp that I used to get.Update: We’ve been having crazy trade winds pretty much nonstop all of February and for at least for an entire week gusts to over 50mph during squalls. Still no sign of grommet failure etc. Will def buy again

Highly recommend MyTee products. This is the third tarp that I have purchased from MyTee and it is well made. They make a variety of products for tarping and securing loads.

I decided to purchase a canvas tarp as they are usually well made, long lasting, fold easy and not thrown around by a light wind gust.Tarp feels well made and heavy. Delivery was fast. Unfortunately, my tarp ripped during the first use doing yard work moving leaves and light brush. If you're hoping to work with this tarp, it may not hold up as you're expecting.
