I chose these hats as my twin grand daughters, age 31/2 love to wear their dad's baseball hat - it was an awesome gift! The girls put their hats on and I told them the hats were 'magic' so then we walked out into the sun - the writing on the hats turned a wonderful shade of purple which complemented the light pink of the hat beautifully. Everybody wanted to know where I got the hats! The girls loved being models - they went from inside to outside as many times as anybody requested - the 'magic' held! It was truly amazing! Everybody clapped and clapped.The hats give very good shade in the brim and fit very comfortably. The girls wanted to wear the hats to bed - I do not know who won that battle. I got extra credit for being a great gift giver - my grand daughters loved the hats.The hats arrived on time and were packed very well. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.

My daughter loves it, the color changing is fast and very responsive. She says it's like "magic!" The fit is on the big side. She's an averge size 5 year old and I can't imagine putting this on a 3 year old unless they've got a noggin in the 90th percentile. On the other hand if it doesn't get lost it should be good for at least a couple of years for her to grow into it.

For a mother-daughter trip with a friend and her daughter, we bought these for the girls (aged 5 and 7) and the moms matching plain caps in pale pink. With these pink caps, we found each other easily in a huge crowd at a theme park. The hats fit the girls well w it's adjustable Velcro strap. They dried quickly when wet, kept them cool (thin material), and kept the sun off their faces. They loved the color changing effect. Great purchase!

This cap fit my 5 year old great! & The color changes in the sun! The design changes from white to purple as soon as it's out in the sun. & The quality of the fabric was also very good. Very pleased with this purchase.
