I love it! Normally I do not like canister vacuums. But after watching YouTube videos on vacuums. I purchased this one and have No Regrets! Powerful. Having the bag is so much better then bag less! I bought a turbo head for carpet, which I would recommend. I have home with throw carpets wood & tile floor, and it’s perfect for this. Suction is excellent. We live in a warm climate and get sand in our home. It picks it all up, Something that my old vacuum, Shark, never did! I’m impressed with Henry 160. One of the best vacuums I owned. It’s pricey but this is made for the long haul! Great quality vacuum, that gets the job done right!

Exceeds expectations!!! This vaccum exceeds my expectations. It grabs every nook and cranny that not even my Dirt Devil, my Swiffer or any other upright vacuum that I’ve used can get. It’s so handy and very lightweight - even my own son said it was a terrific investment!!! I had used a Henry two decades ago(lord knows how old it was when I used it) and have wanted one ever since - putting it on top of my Wish List! This is by far thee best gift EVER!!! Lightweight, easy to pickup with the handle, a perfect length for cord and easy to wind back up, handy accessories that are attached to the vaccum itself, it’s not clunky like one would expect it to be(like a shop vac). This is a perfect vacuum which should be in every home!!!

of all the vacuums I have owned I must say Henry's is the best vacuum in the whole world! It really does the job, and the parts are of good quality. when you need a new filter for the vacuum look for that special yellow liner that surrounds the inner filter. The filter replacements are not the same and the originals are very expensive and just better overall.

I don't know if it's because my carpet is new and not a very short pile but you can pull it back put to push the vacuum forward does not work so well and I'll have to go on their website to see if there's a different vacuum attachment than what's on Amazon. I was actually disappointed by that because I wasn't seeing any negatives really in the comments.- it's super light weight- easy to maneuver otherwise- I was looking for something with a hepa filter bag with moving into an apt with much more carpet- is happily smaller than anticipated so it makes storage even better- works easily on the kitchen floorThe negative really is how difficult it is to run on carpet, which is what it was kinda designed to do but no one is really mentioning.**UPDATE**No one should have to worry about the hose breaking off of a $400 vacuum just a year later where it attaches right at the canister. I live alone so my apartment stays pretty clean and use it maybe once a week. It’s well taken care of.

First impressions are good. Suction is good, pretty compact but not small, cord works well, its heavier then it looks but manageable, useful tools, and price wise I think it's worth it (paid$340 w/tax) although a lower price point would make it a much better buy. Tools friction fit together, hose is long enough and flexible, floortool is good on hardwood but takes more effort on rugs, I think it's relatively quiet with no high pitched whistle, and it rolls around easy. These are just my initial impressions, will update if warranted.

This vac kicks ass. It's a little heavy for it's size, and it doesn't sit easily on steps. It also doesn't do high pile carpet or rugs very well. Get the turbo head attachment for that. Otherwise this thing can knock out low carpet, hardwoods, upholstery, stairs, ceiling fan blades, baseboards, and car interiors. It even cleaned the nasty crap out of my keyboard very well. It comes with two bags included, but check your bag when you first get it. The little elastic band thing on mine wasn't fully sealed and I'm glad I noticed that before vacuuming otherwise it all would of wound up in Henry's skull instead of in the bag. The hose is very long, as is the power cord so you can go for a while without having to reposition, which is nice. Overall excellent performance for the cost.PS - You can leave the face off if you're a soulless monster.

If you are buying this vacuum in the U.S., you've probably done your research. It's just as great as youve read. Super strong suction. I've been using this for months now and it seems well built and sturdy.

So far it is working okay but I have concerns if this is a brand new product or not. The box was definitely old, unsealed and in bad condition. And the wheels look like they have some wear already.

Fantastic vacuum, performs as advertised with amazing suction and straightforward design. Mechanisms seem very sturdy and unlikely to break, especially the cord-retract feature, which is manually wound rather than automated. Plus you get to look at a cool little guy every time you vacuum.

I needed a clean, minimal, quiet vacuum, and this 60db noise level was the best option on the market. I use to own a cordless dyson (80db) and it was a drilling ear sore, I felt bad for myself, pets, and the neighbours. The Henry 160 is great for my new 470 sq ft apartment, I like that it is a simple plug and play. A bit tedious and bulky when taking it out of the closet and rewinding the cord but it does the job well. I'm petite 5'3 109lbs so I did find the machine heavy to carry around obstacles in my home. With Dyson, the battery life dies over time, and the replacement battery can be quite expensive and always out of stock. Another thing is I live by the lake so there are sure spiders and with the long adjustable hose and interchangeable nozzles, I can suck them up in hard to reach places and not have to empty the bag often, unlike the Dyson which would release dust and dubree into the air when emptying just after a few uses, not to mention I see bug carcasses in there and that's unsightly. Overall, super happy with this purchase.

Purchased for my mother. Great machine, but she said the canister is heavier then she thought it would be. All around Great product.

Ordered this vacuum in February. First of all it came without the face attachment, not the end of the world just sad. Contacted seller they said they would send one and I still have not received. Second, it was making sounds like the motor is working hard and louder then normal (I have 6 others to compare to) . Also after it has been shut off it doesn’t turn right off takes a couple seconds.I have contacted multiple times about this with no response. We’ll today it completely stopped working. It’s my newest of 6 vacuums and just stops working. Clearly the seller doesn’t care to rectify the problem. Do not buy from them as they do not care if their products have issues.
