This gig bag looked "interesting" on the product page but I had no idea how hideous it would look in person. Truly, it's gaudy! The gold metallic accents are not something that can be hidden. They are full blast, shiny yellow gold. The bag is ugly. However, if you can get past all of that, the bag itself is quite well made. There is sufficient padding to protect your guitar. The straps are comfortable and the overall construction is decent. My husband is the guitarist but it's me that usually carries the guitars to shows. They are lighter than the amps and cabinets, that's for sure! So am I embarrassed to carry this bag over my shoulder? No way! The gig bag does it's job to safely transport instruments and then gets tossed into a corner somewhere offstage. So other than the cosmetics, this gig bag is a-o-k!

Quality is what was expected for the price. Not a lot of protection. The gold trim was “Elvis†bright gold.

The trim is metallic gold and it makes what would be an otherwise decent bag look cheap

This did not read as shiny vinyl metallic gold trimmed in the photos. This thing looks like an 80s Elton John stage prop. It is embarrassingly ugly.It was shipped in a box where it was folded into 4 sections and refuses to lay out flat. The gold handles are cheaply made and poorly stitched.The padding on the bag is thick and dense and should provide a reasonable level of protection. The zippers are smooth and work fine. The backpack straps are thin and cheap like the handles. They are not particularly comfortable, but, do appear to be secure enough to carry that way if desired.It does accommodate a full sized dreadnought style acoustic guitar, though, it is pushed to its limit at that size.If I could just get past how UGLY it is, it could be a reasonably priced gig bag. It certainly stands out in a crowd. If disco era metallic gold vinyl trim is your thing, this could be the bag for you. I may use it for storage, but, it is unlikely to leave the house unless I'm headed to a disco party.
