My long search is at an end.As a child, I had an identical water bottle that I got from my dad’s lab downtown. This is that same bottle. It is everything I remember. It fits the hand perfectly. The cap spins on effortlessly with the flick of a thumb. It’s indestructible. You can throw it back for a swig and not spill a DROP. It’s an ideal water bottle.A thorough rinse with hot water and dish soap gets rid of any remaining plastic smell, of which there is little.It’s a thing of beauty.

I like the bottle, sturdy and just a very nice size. Only issue is that it has a very strong plastic smell that I have not been able to remove through a few washes. Not a huge issue, but it does make me crinkle my nose when I take a drink. Nothing big, still a great bottle.
