Installation and Operating:
Preparation
The assembly of all calibration shall meet the maximum flow requirement.
Please clean the port and fitting before installation, it will effectively avoid bring dust to the air path.
Pay attention to direction of air flow and arrow pointing on product body if correct, minding port and thread size if match.
Pressure Adjustment
Rotate T-handle:
If you do clockwise rotation, pressure will rise steadily.Pressure will down when you rotate counterclockwise.
Dial Reading
Make sure that the pressure gauge is tightly installed on the main body, and pay attention to whether the reading rises and falls smoothly while adjusting pressure.

Gage doesn’t fit to regulator the nipple on the gage is to short and gage bottoms out before it is tight. Requires a 1/4 to 1/4 extension to work on regulator.

It is hard to find a 300 psi control for a pneumatic system and this tipr with the adjustable pressure works great.

This regulator was perfect for what I was looking for. My only complaint is that I actually need to replace five regulators and had been looking for one that I would be happy with. I found this one and decided to buy one to try before buying the rest. I got it, I liked it, and I went to order more, but now they are not currently available anymore with no estimate on when they will be available.

Regulator seems to function well. Gage was leaking internally.
