My daughter used it for about 3 years on her 4/4 violin. It was comfortable and folded perfectly for storage in her instrument case. I'm writing this review when it was finally time to replace it with another NANYI shoulder rest. For the amount of time it lasted, I'll stick to this same brand.

This shoulder rest is similar to the Kun violin shoulder rest but at less than a 1/3 of the cost of a Kun. I cannot say anything about durability yet, so far it’s doing an excellent job.

I use this for my electric violin that might be a little slippery for it so it doesn't really have much stability and slips a lot. It's also not very cushiony so it's not extremely comfortable. But it serves it's purpose 🤷ðŸ¾â€â™€ï¸
