I love that it is raised off the counter a bit so if there is a spill, the napkins don't get wet. And it is easy to pull just one napkin out.My only complaint is esthetic. The little weighted ball that sits on the napkins isn't centered on the arm that it's attached to. So it's just slightly off set. That's just a personal matter, like if a picture is crooked on the wall.But otherwise it is great. I hope the seller is making a good profit from buying these at bulk off Alibaba for $2 each. Then selling them here for $14. 😉

The coating on the metal is good and smooth. the weight of the top piece is strong enough to keep napkins in place outside. Normal size napkins fit well. What more is there to say -- fulfilled all my expectations :-)

Great Napkin holder.I wish the Feet on it, had a Rubber Feet on it, so it would not slide around.

I was concerned that the holder would be too large for the inexpensive paper napkins I buy in bulk at Walmart based on the posted measurements. It was not... It is perfect. The weighted arm keeps them in place and enables you to easily pull out one at time. I was looking for a basket, but this ended up better for me. Because it is smaller size, it takes up less actual counter space and to me, less visual space. Maybe because it is not a solid square box.Anyway, happy I chose this and would buy it again. Great value for the price.
