I ordered this product to be used to wrap meat, smoke meat, and season meat. It was delivered when it was supposed to. They took the time to make sure that the box itself would arrive not damaged(which is a plus since the box will be used to store the paper and the cutting edge is not flimsy and will be used each time we use the paper). The box itself is very sturdy.We opened the box and immediately took a piece off the paper roll and used it to wrap a brisket for seasoning (Placed last night) and later smoking (today) and after sitting overnight. I was very happy to see that there was no soaking thru of the juices and the outside of the paper remained dry and the meat inside was as juicy as when we first wrapped it up! Will DEFINITELY buy again!

Love this! Immediately when I buy meats I take it out of the plastic and Styrofoam trays and wrap in this. Everything now lasts 3 times longer and stays fresher! I'm obsessed.

It does its job. Ive been using it for smoking brisket, ribs , etc. & they come out perfect. Now its paper so of course, if your not watching your temperatures, it will definitely burn. Leaving the ashes some of everywhere in your grill(obviously speaking from experience lol). But as stated it definitely does its jobLove the roller and cutter that it came with. Made the mistake before just purchasing the paper and although it wasnt horrible, this makes it much more efficient.

Paper quality is good except that it is not water proof for freezing and then defrosting / thawing the meat. However, for wrapping dryer meat and fish will work well.

A bit thick which creates a drying affect on what you wrap. Takes alot of moisture to saturate this paper which in some respect dries out what you are wrapping.

Dispensing box could be a bit sturdier cardboard to better support the little saw for cutting the paper.
