After taking the natural broom out of its packaging, gently tapping the broom against a hard outdoor surface for a few minutes, you should see a layer of excess dust come out. Don't worry, this excess dust is a natural product of Asian brooms once done. Please note that this is not a product fault
**Things to note: This broom has a sharp tip, needs to be kept out of reach of children before finished product
The broom handle is 100% handmade. Therefore, the size may vary slightly under normal conditions
Do not use or store near high temperature or open fire Store in a dry place
Each broom comes with 1 broom handle, you can exchange it for a new one when the broom you're using is broken
**How to clean: Use a damp cloth to gently wipe the surface

Broom was too short. When I received package it there was a small sheet of paper that stated there was supposed to be an additional party to extend the handle. This piece was missing. I attempted to return but missed window by a day so I attempted several times toContact sender…. Amazon provided meWith inaccurate sender information. I tried another sender and still could not get anyone to communicate about missing part. Stuck with broom that is too short and that could not be used as a prop Would not purchase again or deal With this vendor.

Having used this broom for twenty years i continue to be satisfied. This is a soft broom that picks up fine particles on the floor, dust, hair and so forth. They are a favorite of mine, this is a replacement for old broom. Love it.
