Very cute and sturdy. My nephew loved it. Assemble instructions could be refined. A good minimalist item for family of two children up.

Not so quick to out it together, but we worked it out and itรขโฌโขs worth it! Solid build. Very beautiful little horse. It doesnรขโฌโขt rock so much due to the size of the rocking part. It is no long, which makes the rocking motion less fun than I hoped - but on that point, it is definitely safer for little babies learning to go on it. My baby loves it a lot and my toddler likes it (but preferred the plastic kind that rocks so much more and she could play hard on it. I ditched it because of plastic but I must say, the rocking motion was way cooler). I am keeping this one because itรขโฌโขs safe for my younger baby, and just very beautiful. Toddler also plays on it standing up!

The materials assemble into a solid play horse which I expect to last years. The only issue is that the instructions were incorrect for one of the steps which resulted in several parts being assembled upside down. Once I realized the error, it required a disassembly before we could move forward again.

These days, its a rare to find a product that justifies the cost. The solid wood construction is substantial. This isn't an Ikea style, compressed particular board toy. Even my 13 year was able to sit on this without compromising the wood. At $75, some might hesitate and go for a cheaper alternative, but those China made items will break and you just end up buying another one. Its good enough that once my son outgrows it I can regift it to another child.In a world of disposable toys, this wooden rocking horse stands as a unusual quality item that will last. I rather spend $75 on a toy that will last than less on a piece of garbage that breaks and might even injury my kids.
