Nice tight clamps. These are a little wider than others that I have, which is nice to hang skirts. Well made, strong clamps, wooden and metal, so attractive as well. I plan to replace the flimsy ones with these since they hold so well. Great value.

I've avoided buying more expensive pant/skirt hangers over the years, always opting for the plastic clips because of the expense. Inevitably, the plastic clips break after 1-2 years of use. My husband finally complained, so I 'shot the wad' and ordered these. As I took them out of the box I realized how really sturdy (and beautiful!) these hangers are and how much money/time I wasted putting up with the cheaper metal-and-plastic hangers. These appear to be so well made I can easily see them lasting decades. Worth every penny!
