I recently purchased a pack of Nautica boxers, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The material is incredibly soft and comfortable, making them perfect for all-day wear. I usually just take the loss on things like this and move on, but I felt compelled to write a review of these boxers since I just purchased 2 packs and already they are ripping on me. Now, I am not a big guy. I wear a 32 waist size, which would put me at the smaller end of this size boxer (size indicated 32-34). That being said, when I tried these on upon opening them (before any wash cycles) they were way too snug against my body, everywhere except the waistband. They are so snug in fact, that the fly is stretched wide open exposing my privates. And forget about spreading my legs comfortably. Oh well I'll just bite the bullet and wear them until they inevitably tear, I thought. I knew not to wash them in warm water or put them in the dryer. Instead I let them hang dry. When I went to wear them again, they were even tighter, and I found them tearing after only a single wash/wear. And I'm not doing the splits or any high kicking. And thank God they are worn underneath pants, because otherwise it would be pretty embarrassing. With any moderate activity, they almost rip right in half. Crotch, backside, it's a roll of the dice. I hope this review will help prevent anyone else buying these totally garbage boxers. I just wish I hadn't purchased two. Even my older Hanes with the exposed elastic band are WAY more comfortable, AND the right fit. 0/10 these suck I wish I could get a refund.

Set your expectations lower than the quality you remember about Nautica circa 1998. While this product is still a click above Target house brand quality and styling, there are better brands in the cosmos for not much more money. The fabric is thinner and dyes weaker, but still comfy and somewhat durable for a lasting product. By one size larger than your current favorites and absolutely forget Hanes, Fruit, or the like. Again, expect less than you remember about Nautica of yesteryear and you won’t be disappointed.

I used to buy another brand but they don't carry them any more so these looked similar but a little pricier. Of the three pairs (L) I'd say they varied from medium to large. One odd thing is that one pair had no marking or label on them, so no size, material or country of origin, which I think is required by law. Anyway, won't buy again and don't recommend.

Seem to be pretty comfortable. I took the advice of many other reviewers and purchased on size larger than my usual. Glad that I did, they fit perfectly.
