I’ve really come to appreciate the T9 Scooter for its practical and functional design, especially when it comes to commuting and short trips. The folding design is such a game-changer—it makes it so easy to carry around and store, which is perfect when I’m taking public transportation. I’m also pretty impressed with how fast it goes, reaching up to 19 mph with its powerful motor that keeps the ride smooth and effortless. The build quality feels solid, and the 8.5-inch tires give me the stability and safety I need, no matter what kind of terrain I’m on. Plus, the battery life is fantastic—it lets me cover long distances without having to worry about running out of power. All in all, the T9 Scooter has been a reliable and enjoyable ride, offering great performance for anyone looking for an efficient and fun way to get around.

So I read other people's review of this and they didn't really have the info I was looking for so I'll put what I think is important to know in this review.1. App - you need to have the Bluetooth on your phone enabled to use the app; I did not know this. The app is really good but also meh. All it does is change riding modes, turn lights on and off (which can done without the app), and lock your bike which is really nice.2. Distance and speed. Reviewers have said "Wow, 20 miles on eco mode!" No, not cool. If you run this thing on eco mode, the top speed of the scooter is 5, maybe 6 mph. Most people can walk faster, I certainly can. Slow modes tops out at about 10 to 12 mph which is a bit better and I did notice it made a difference in battery drainage. One time I was out pretty far and didn't know if I had enough power to get home. I switched over to slow mode and made it home with energy to spare. Sport mode is fastest at about 19 to 20 mph. It only goes about 10 miles though. I live in a suburban area so to get across town is about 5-6 miles. But, if I feel if I'm running low, I just switch to slow mode.3. Cruise control is great and I have noticed that my battery does not drain as quickly when I use it.4. Battery efficiency. There are ways to conserve energy on this. If you're going downhill, lay off the throttle. Why waste battery when you have a gravity assist? It does seem to consume more energy if you are going uphill. There is also a slowdown in speed. In some cases it's better to just walk. You'll go faster and save your battery. At the very end, it's still a scooter. If it dies, you can just footpaddle it and it works well.5. Tires. These are solid tires and I feel every little thing on the road but I'll also never get a flat. I'm considering putting some cushy handle bar covers on to help. I'm not sure about this next part, but the lack of suspension on this seems to really tire my legs. I can't say this is the most comfortable ride. If you're going a long way, it might be more exhausting than a scooter with inflatable tires. It's certainly the case for me.Overall, this is a very nice scooter and the price was really good. I recommend it if you're just puttering around town or commuting. The fold and carry option is A+. As always, know your local laws. Whatever applies to bikes usually applies to scooters (you can get busted for riding this on a sidewalk in my town) and wear a helmet. Cheap bike helmet is fine.

First I ordered this scooter on January 13th with a estimate delivery of January 20th... I was like ok cool I don't have to wait long... January 19th comes and I see the location of delivery was not my state? It went from GA to CA and was about to be delivered in a state that's not mine?! Contacted seller and they fixed it. I had to wait even LONGER for my $10 delivery which should've been refunded. Finally, January 28th and my scooter has arrived! I'm so excited and followed instructions to charge 6+ hours first charge right. Next day I test it around my complex and yes it hit 19 mph so I was like ok nice other than the violent vibration it gives. I'll take it to the bus stops for work so I won't have to walk and miss the bus. Did that for the one day, ok cool thinking I didn't have to worry.... until the next day. Missed the bus unfortunately but hey this scooter can go up to 31 miles right? And my job is only 4.3 miles so I would be fine going the distance right? WRONG!!!!!!!! NOT EVEN 10 MINS IN ON FULL CHARGE THE BATTERY LIFE WENT FROM FULL 5 BARS TO 3 BARS.. 2.5 MILES IN BATTERY AT 2 BARS. 3.7 MILES IN 1 BAR AND BOOM I HAD TO WALK THE REST OF THE WAY! NO CHARGER AT THAT BC I DIDN'T THINK I NEEDED ONE BASED ON THE DESCRIPTION. LIES!!! SO DISAPPOINTING THAT I WAITED 2.5 WEEKS FOR SOMETHING THAT DON'T WORK LIKE DESCRIED AND I HAVE TO PAY MY OWN SHIPPING AGAIN TO GET A REFUND WHEN IT SAID SELLER PROVIDES SHIPPING LABLE BUT SENT A POSTAGE AS IF IT WAS A SMALL PIECE OF MAIL?? FIRST RED FLAG WAS THE WRONG STATE THEY PUT. I SHOULD'VE CANCELED THEN AND GO WITH ANOTHER MANUFACTURER. AND THE RETURN IS IN CANADA AND NOT FROM GA WHERE IT CAME FROM??? SCAMMERS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER!!
